Skydive Into Las Vegas Fun
Everyone should add beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada to their travel bucket list. From the amazing nightlife, to the famous restaurants, and exquisite shopping, I visited Las Vegas my junior year of high school on a trip with my parents. The only way that I think I could have enjoyed the trip more is that if I was 21.
I stayed at the top-notch Wynn hotel. The room was beautiful, and the hotel included shopping, fine restaurants, a luxury spa, a huge pool, and its own casino. There are so many must-see sights in Las Vegas. Wear your walking shoes. Here are some places you must visit.
Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer – Whether you want delicious food or just a place to take good pictures, this is the spot for you. Black Tap Craft was on my bucket list for their over the top milkshakes, or Crazyshakes. I tried the Cookies n Cream Supreme, an Oreo shake with a vanilla frosted rimtopped with an ice cream sandwich, crushed Oreos, and a chocolate drizzle. As for burgers, they have everything from a pizza burger to a shrimp burger.
Bellagio Fountains – Another must-see is the famous Bellagio Fountains. This large lake shoots sequenced jets of water 460 feet in the air. It is the most beautiful thing that I have ever seen. I highly recommend going at night. I also recommend going to the musical shows, where the fountains are in sync with the music that is being played. Check show-times online so that you don’t miss it.
Vegas Indoor Skydiving – One of my favorite things was indoor skydiving. This is the first indoor skydiving tunnel available to the public. Before you fly, you must strap up in the suit, goggles, helmet, and earbuds that they provide. This was surreal, and I would do it again any day. Make a reservation or you may have to wait a while.
Coca-Cola Store – Shop for one-of-a-kind Coca-Cola merchandise. Take pictures with the Coca-Cola Polar Bear. My favorite part was sampling international Cokes.
The Titanic Exhibition – Whether you’re a fan of the movie or not, the 25,000 square foot exhibit features actual restored items from the original Titanic ship. As a lover of the movie, this was one of the places I wanted to visit most. This exhibit is located on the strip, which makes it very easy to visit. Everyone deserves the chance to experience this little piece of history
Eiffel Tower Restaurant – The best food I have ever put in my mouth came from the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. Although it is more expensive, the view and food quality make up for it. This fine dining experience overlooks the famous Las Vegas Strip and the beautiful Bellagio Fountains. The restaurant serves world-class French cuisine, but I recommend the filet mignon, because you can never go wrong with that, and mine was delicious. If you ever visit Las Vegas, this is the ultimate dining experience.
